Although the tastings are complimentary for weddings that serve more then 100, we do require a credit card to secure your appointment because a lot goes into the preparation for your tasting. If you need to cancel, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to keep your scheduled appointment and do not call to let us know, your credit card will then be charged $25. Our time is valuable; as is yours, please give us a call if you are going to be late for your scheduled time!
